One Savvy Design Consignor Agreement

Acceptance of Items

One Savvy Design accepts luxury and designer handbags, wallets, jewelry, and timepieces from brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and similar labels. Accepted items are consigned at a rate of 50%–80% of the final selling price, depending on brand, condition, and market demand.

Consignment Duration

Items are consigned for a period of 90 days.

Item Listing & Pricing

Upon intake, your items will be processed and entered into our system. You will receive an email titled "Item List", which includes pricing and expiration dates.

  • We recommend adding expiration dates to your calendar for easy reference.

  • Pricing is determined based on current market value and item condition.

  • If you did not receive your item list sometimes gmail or other email accounts can block us.  Consignors are responsible to follow up with OSD to ensure they are getting emails for item list..

Pickup & Expiration of Items

Consignors are responsible for picking up unsold items during the week of expiration as listed in the Item List.

  • Items not retrieved by the expiration date will become the property of One Savvy Design or may be donated.

Markdown Policy

You authorize One Savvy Design, to markdown your merchandise at our discretion to support sales through:

  • In-store promotions

  • Social media live events

  • Seasonal sales or clearance events

Payment Schedule

  • Checks are issued at the beginning of each month for items sold in the previous month.

  • You will be notified via email by the 7th business day of the month when your check is ready for pickup.

  • Checks must be picked up and cashed within 60 days. Expired checks are not reissued but converted to a store credit valid for one year.

  • Consignors are responsible to follow up with checks if they have not received an email as sometimes gmail and other accounts can block emails that are sent in bulk.

Fees

  • One-time membership fee: $20

  • Check processing fee: $1.50 per check

  • Entrupy handbag/wallet authentication: $16 per item

  • Real Authentication for designer jewelry: $30 per item

  • General processing fee: $1 per item (applies to all other handbags, clothing, and jewelry)

  • Early pickup fee: $75 per item will be charged for item taken back before the end of the 90-day consignment period

Responsibility & Liability

While we take great care in handling your merchandise, One Savvy Design is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.

Condition Requirements

  • All clothing must be clean, pressed, on hangers, and free of stains, holes, or odors.

  • Dry cleaning costs are the responsibility of the consignor.
