Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nouvelle Boutique and One Savvy Design. Below is our shipping policy for all orders placed online:

  • Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Tuesday–Saturday and typically ship within 1–3 business days. We do our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible!

  • Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders through USPS. Billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same, or we do not ship out packages for security reasons. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and is based on weight and where you live in the US. If you prefer UPS Ground shipping, please send us an email as soon as you place your order.  

Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number on your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind that any delays caused by carriers or inclement weather is out of our control once packages are shipped.

  • Insurance & Signature Confirmation

We want to ensure that you receive your orders safely. For security, designer handbags and wallets valued over $100 will be shipped with additional insurance and signature confirmation upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your package, please contact your local Postal Service to coordinate pickup.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. Please review photos, measurements, and descriptions before completing your purchase. If you would like to see anything in more detail, please give us a call and we can Facetime/WhatsApp you.  

  • Order Issues & Contact Information

If you have trouble accessing your tracking information, please contact shop@onesavvydesign.com or give us a call during store hours at 973-744-0053.

Please note that once we ship out your items, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or arrive damaged. If this occurs, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability, but failure to provide valid proof of the requested information may result in the denial of a refund.
